I signed up. How long until I'm matched with a counselor?

In most cases within 2 working days.

How do I know if my work will be accepted?

We provide free printable letters of acceptance on the site, and you can access them through the menu, before you start your work with us. They are located on the guarantee tab.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. PayPal processes our cards, even if you don�t have a PayPal account (it isn�t required). We never see or have access to your payment information.

How is privacy handled?

Your account is accessed with your email address and the password you choose. Protect your email account from unauthorized access and guard your password. We will only send account information to the email address on your account.

Does this counseling program meet court/probation and school/work requirements?

In most cases, yes. We strongly recommend you check ahead of time to be certain. We provide free printable letters of acceptance on the site, and you can access them through the guarantee menu tab, before you start your work with us. We have licensed oversite, with thousands of happy clients throughout the US and Canada.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal. We are sorry, but we cannot accept debit or pre-paid cards.

When can I schedule sessions?

You schedule sessions with your counselor, who will work with you to find a time that meets your needs.

You want worry-free, professional counseling with no hidden fees or unexpected barriers. Sign up for a free account, then purchase the services you need. We will contact you within 2 working days by email to schedule your first phone session. Assessments can usually be completed in one session, and you can choose how many counseling sessions you need. We are happy to recommend, but the decision is yours and you can always add more sessions from your account page.

You can work on one or more projects at a time. Within 2 working days after completion of any service you are using, your professional report will be made available on your account page, to print or download and save. You may also choose to add mailed documents with original gold foil seal, if needed. If you choose to complete counseling while hours remain on your account, they will remain available for use for up to 3 years.
